Description of event Yiannis, at Thronos village in the area of Amari, has been following cheese making since his childohood. He is producing 5 different kinds of cheese. He recently expanded his operation in order to comply with modern standards of cheese production, but he still keeps his "cheese secrets" in his business.

All breakfast ingredients are home made organic products. Breakfast includes: Bread, cretan rusk, two types of cheese, yoghurt, honey, two types of marmelade, butter, eggs, various vegetables, fresh orange juice, coffee. Coffee is conventionally provided.
Our morning activity, right after breakfast is cheese making. Thus, during breakfast, we taste some extra kinds of cheese, chat about cheese making, its role in rural life and the use of cheese in every day life.
